Baby Sulcata Tortoises

Baby Sulcata tortoises require a serious, long-term commitment and attentive daily care to thrive. From proper heating and lighting to a carefully managed diet and spacious habitat, raising a healthy Sulcata means providing consistent, knowledgeable husbandry from the very start.

These tortoises grow quickly and will eventually become very large, long-lived animals, often living for decades. Because of this, we are committed to placing each baby only in homes that understand and are prepared for their lifelong needs. Early care is focused on strong growth, proper shell development, and a stable routine that supports their health as they mature.

Sulcatas are rewarding, intelligent, and fascinating reptiles, but they are not a casual pet. We believe responsible placement and education are essential to ensuring every tortoise has the best possible future.

We are currently (as of 7/26) accepting deposits on our new babies. 

They have been eating well, hydrating and are gaining weight. Upon the milestone or surprising 40 grams in body weight, I’ll feel comfortable sending them to their new homes. Average body mass is currently 37g.
